We research every destination personally before we build a tour around it. These are the places we are working in now and the ones we are developing next.

COLOMBIA

The first Point Travel destination.

Colombia is one of the most misunderstood countries on earth — and one of the most extraordinary. Twelve thousand years of history before Spain arrived. A coffee economy that shaped a nation. A conflict that defined a generation. A transformation that the world is only beginning to understand. We have spent years researching it, written 222 pages about it and built three circuits around it.

BOLIVIA

Pre-Columbian civilisations that predate the Inca. Lake Titicaca — the origin story of Andean culture. The salt flats. The Amazon headwaters. Bolivia is one of the most historically rich and least visited countries in South America. Point Travel is currently developing its Bolivia programme.

GUATEMALA

Mayan civilisation at its deepest. Tikal — one of the great pre-Columbian cities, the most powerful Maya kingdom of the Classic Period. Lake Atitlán. The highland Indigenous communities who have maintained their culture through everything that followed. Guatemala is a country whose story most visitors never reach. Point Travel is working to change that.
